Since our offerings include digital products and freelance services, all sales are considered final once the service or product has been delivered.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed services (e.g., graphic design, web development, content writing)
- Digital downloads or templates
- Any service where work has already begun
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund only if:
- The service was not delivered within the promised timeline
- There was a major technical error from our side and it could not be resolved
- You paid twice for the same service
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.
4. Modifications and Revisions
Before requesting a refund, you may ask for revisions or corrections to the delivered work (if included in the service plan). We are happy to revise the work based on initial requirements.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our policy and may result in a ban from future services.
6. Policy Changes
Yasir Digi reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
